Compad armada and its mouse

Does the nowheel command may be inscripted in lilo.conf?

"knoppix nowheelmouse" works for me in my compaq, but I have also to unplug the mouse before running knoppix.

Alright i tryed to use "knoppix nowheel" and "knoppix nowheelmouse", but i got a new problem with that, my computer screen goes blank right before the picture is supposed to appear, it loads everything it supposed to and i should see the mouse with the desktop, but instead i have a black blank screen, i didnt have that problem while i wrote expert to the boot and ran it like usually(although the mouse didnt work like that)...


by the way, one more question, as i understand compaq dosent have a BIOS chip on its motherboard, so how am i supposed to access BIOS?
