Does the iso pass the md5 sum test?
Hi,
I downloaded "KNOPPIX_V5.1.1DVD-2007-01-04-EN" yesterday via torrents. I paused downlaoding 2~3 times. Today morning it finished downloading. I mount the respective iso on virtual cd rom i.e. "Daemon tools" in Windows XP. It fails to display "INDEX" page which usually comes when we insert Knoppix DVD in to CD/DVD rom. Is it a problem of corrupted download ? I must download whole iso again ?![]()
Does the iso pass the md5 sum test?
Test the iso using an MD5Sum tool. You can usually repair a corrupted iso download by "redownloading" the file to the same directory using a Bittorrent client. I'm not sure if there was a change causing the "Index" page not to display. Since I do not access the disk/iso in that manner, I would not know if is just your download or some new issue.
