AOpen AK73-1394 motherboard with Davicom 9102 PCI NIC.
The tulip module gets ahold of it when dmfe is the correct one. Fix:
rmmod tulip
rmmod dmfe
modprobe dmfe
It also doesn't seem to function unless I disable IEEE1394 (nofirewire boot option). Another oddity is that I can't start the network with ifup or by using the dhcp option in netcardconfig. I have enter settings manually in netcardconfig. It then functions correctly. If I then run netcardconfig again and change to dhcp it gets a lease and continues to function (although at a new IP as per the dhcp server).
