Lucent WinModem v.90 not working!!!

I have this Modem, but in other distributions Work propely in Mandrake, RH, Conectiva and KURUMIM LINUX - Kurumim is a Knoppix with Mágic Icon to Install WinModems =P (more info http://www.guiadohardware.net) continuation with my problem hehehe. I try to compile the Driver but the Kernel is compiled in GCC=2 and driver GCC=3, i try the ./build_deb more in part of dpkg-deb stay stalled and not install the driver =o~~ please help-me

I finally installed the driver =P across .DEB packages of LinModens.org, but a have more one problem!!! I don't know archive to download =o~~ my kernel version is a 2.4.20-xfs but the site don't supply for this version of this Kernel, someone know what archive a ihave to download??? Thanks =P
