The default practice to mount drives read-only is a bit annoying. I know you can
* right-click on the sda1 (whatever) icon on the Desktop and select Actions->"Change read/write mode"
or
* "sudo mount -o remount,rw /mnt/sda1"
but these are individual solutions. Is there a cheatcode that will change the default to read-write, maybe
* boot: knoppix 5 rw
(I know it isn't that ...)
Thank you!
