One Missing Folder

I have installed Knoppix on my Toshiba Satellite and it works perfectly. However, when I view the HDD, I am missing one folder when all others are there. This folder has 35GB worth of data I need to back up....but its simply not there. Any ideas?

First of all you will enable your SHOW HIDDEN FOLDER in my computer tools menu.if you will not get your folder then You will go through data recovery software. In data recovery software you will recover your specific drive where your folder is store. and if then you will not get folder so your folder has been deleted.
