dd a Windows SFS Partition

I've successfully copied an HPFS/NTFS partition by a procedure using fdisk and dd to prepare and copy a Windows 2003 R2 Server boot drive.

Has anyone done this with a SFS Partition?

I'd be interested in knowing the methodology you used with NTFS, anyway. I'm afraid I know nothing of the SFS Partition type, let alone having anything to contribute on the topic.
