Rethink - about Grub

Well I have had a rethink about my last post here.

When installing Knoppix does it install Grub in the MBR ?

If it does this auto ( as part of the install process ), then I can remove Mdk and give Knoppix a go.

Suggestions or otherwise please.

I have both Mandrake 9.1 and Knoppix(and W98se) installed on my hd with no problems. You will have to choose which bootloader to use-whether the one in Mandrake or the Knoppix. Either way you will have to modify your entries in grub always noting that grub starts counting the partitions with '0'(zero).
