Lex and yacc installation
Hi, I am really new to linux and knoppix. I want to run lex and yacc programs on knoppix, After reading through a few articles i got to know that i have to install packages. Can someone help me with this. Since i have absolutely now idea about linix or knoppix, i would require a step by step info. Thanks in advance VInay

Maybe way too late to be of any help to you, but the GNU variants are called flex and bison. None seem to be installed by default, but are easily added, for example, with the synaptic package manager. You should not expect people to take their time to provide you with step by step instructions, rather you should Google your way around when it comes to such basic steps, or consult some books or tutorials - that's what I'm doing myself..
