I'm in the clear difficulties with the installation of Knoppix 6.4.3 (I really like this version).
I recently tried several times the knoppix live-cd and I found myself very well so I decided to install it on HD. At first the problem was that the grub menu did not appear in the entry for knoppix but I resolved with the command : update-grub ... but now when the choose to start the distribution I see the two penguins at the top left , a few lines of code and then black screen, as if someone does not extinguish the graphics card and the just have to shut down my laptop by power button ... But the live cd works perfectly you could help me? Yours sincerely
