Uhm, I don't have a knoppix system booted so I cannot guide you very much. But you could check the script that creates the home 'disk'. Then create a bigger one and copy everything over, unmount, delete old, rename the new. Et voila.
After using a 80mb .img file for my home, I found that it is quite restricted and want to expand it.
Can I increase its size somehow and
Can I read an existing .img (for move to a new larger one or for selective copying some files)
