I think a fantastic utility to have would be a windows batch file located in the uncompressed portion of the CD which would create boot disks for people who don’t know how to change their BIOS to boot from a CD.
I've given copes of Knoppix to a lot of computer newbies and, in the event that their computers don't boot from the CD, they have no idea how to change their BIOS. A boot disk creation script located on the CD and that could be run from windows would solve this problem admirably.
Does anyone have a good script? Probably 30 seconds of work for an experienced batch file expert.

Um, there is one, mkfloppy.bat.
But couldn't you make the floppy yourself, then give it to them?
