7.2 Upgrade Subtleties
Re: 7.0.3 > 7.2 LiveUSB Upgrade
hi,
This hardware's BIOS is having some difficulty finding the 7.2 LiveUSB device, which was NOT a problem w/7.0.3.
This has been observed on the older knoppix 5.1.1, as well. What can be the root cause of the BIOS loosing 7.2 device?
Also, this hardware did NOT automatically switch to dayligit-saving-time.
Code:
$ hwclock --set --date="2014-03-21 07:00:00"
This command did NOT reset the time (Spring-ahead). What's correct syntax? Cheatcode tz=America/Chicago was used.
