Tools to make a safe & accurate copy of a USB drive contents?

Hello! I am completely new to Knoppix and was wondering if any of you could recommend any Knoppix tools to make a safe & accurate copy of a USB's contents? It's to try and simulate a digital forensics situation, where it would be necessary.
