I have a modified Knoppix iso that my father-in-law that includes f-prot. I put up instructions on how to use f-prot to scan windows NTFS and FAT/FAT32 drives.
You can find it here.
Try it at your own risk, but I haven't had any problems with it.
Before anyone asks, I don't have the space to host the iso, but Fabian's install script should work for installing f-prot from the web. Check out his script and discussion on using it to install Knoppix dynamically here.
