why cant i get the terminal server to work?

i am really excited about this terminalo server included with knoppix, but sadly i am unable to find a tftp server. the terminal server is not starting it and i tried tftpd, tftpd1, tftpd2, tftpd3, etc. the man page for tftpd exists but other than that i can find to hint of its existance.

Are you using the CD or the HDD install? It seems that the terminal server only works off the CD....
