Problem on running a Realtek 8139

Hi Group,

I didn´t find a topic on my specific problem in this NG, so I hope you can help me. I´m running a new version of Knoppix and it´s working just fine. Only network doesn´t work. As i have a Bintec X1200 working as DSL-Router and offering DHCP-Service (which works fine!), I´m not able to set up my NIC neither via DHCP nor manually. If configured manually, I´m able to ping myself, but no other device in the local network.

I use 192.168.0.* as IP and a 255.255.255.0 Mask.

Any Tips & hints??
