    HD Install to Different Partitions-How?

I would like to install into different partitions but "knx-hdinstall does not give this option(unlike Morphix).
What I want at least is to have a separate /home partition and a partittion for root.
    How can I do this?
I know that there is an instruction to transfer /home later but it would be convenient and safer if this is doen during install.

The how-to written by Stephen works quite well. Until the new script is implemented in Knoppix this is the easiest way to do it. There is a script in the works but AFAIK we won't see it until the next Knoppix release which could be .......??????? Of course Linuxtag is over and hopefully we see a new release soon w/ said script!
