KDE Menu Knoppix on the left-- Changing?

Hello everybuddy, I am currently remastering KNOPPIX for a special distribution. And I have a little question:

When one opens the KDE-Menu on the left of it is written KNOPPIX. Does anyone know how to change this?

it's image..

/usr/share/apps/kicker/pics

or something like that
