Help for Dell Inspiron 2500

my laptop is Dell Inspiron 2500 :
CPU 1GHZ
HDD 20 GB
Mem 256 MB

When I try to boot using KNOPPIX 3.2 it is hang at boot stage when display this message:
SCSI .......... knoppix.so
And freeze the laptop, so any help or advice for this problem

I'm afraid the Nvidia graphics board on your laptop can't be used by Knoppix.
IFAIK the binary NVIDIA driver is needed in order for it to work.
The gaming Morhix image do work on these laptops:

Having the Nvidia drivers on the Knoppix CD will be a feast; there may be some issues with Nvidia, though.

This seems to do the trick ( at least on Inspiron 2650 )

Just a note, the 2500 uses the intel 815 series video not nvidia.
