while reading slashdot today during my normal beer & candy regimen, i came across an article about this new Lindows WebPC thingamabob. sounds neat.
reading through the comments i found a few mentions of Knoppix. i'd never heard of it, but figured i'd take a gander. i found you guys in the process. i read a bit and like the idea. so i figure, i have so many damn computers lying around and in storage that're doing absolutely nothing i might as well put one to good use.
i just finished dl'ing the newest version of knoppix (3.2). i've never used Linux before.
