For Knoppix added to a Wind2000 network how do I do reverse lookup for local machines?
ie nmap -sP 192.168.0.0/24 will show pingable IP addresses
but is it easy/possible to get "server" names?
I saw one comment that said its difficult...
On the wind2000 "net view" will show servers that have logged on today (even if they have since logged off )
what is the Linux reverse lookup (IP -> Hostname?)
cheers cts
