Help with Orinoco

Anyone get an orinoco to work with knoppix and airsnort or kismet???

I keep getting cant get into monitor mode...

I did. orinoco classic gold with knoppix 3.2 release 7-26 and builtin kismet. also got festival(built myself) to speak. working on gps integration.
