XF86Config-4, but no mouse

Just copied the XF86Config-4 from Knoppix to my Debian, but the mouse is not moving anymore.
What can I do to change this?

Nope- not without a littel more info anyway. What kind of mouse? PS2, Serial, USB? Post your XF86Config-4 please.

Try commenting the line that reads "sendCoreEvents". That is to say put a '#' in front of it like so:
