GF 4 MX 440

I have installed Knoppix on HD.
Sometimes there is a Graphic error.
Suddenly there are lines all over the screen until the next reboot.
It isnt possible to "work" behind the lines.
Ive a GF4 MX440.
Help!
Whats about drivers?

You have to download the driver from Nvidia there is a thread here explaining the install procedure.
