The Torrents. Enjoy!
- Euro symbol works again in konsole, but font scanning
at startup is slow (fontconfig?)
- Added bittorrent ncurses client
- ALSA package update
- "knoppix testcd" option is now more verbose.
- Changed default timings in monitor detection
(may give better results with DDC-capable monitors,
but you will probably have to use "knoppix vsync=60"
for non-DDC-capable TFT displays).
- the usual bunch of Debian package updates

The Torrents. Enjoy!
I apologize if I someone already ask this - but it would be really nice if you update to xfce4 for the next release. Thanks for the outstanding project!
I managed to piece together a presentable xfce4 but some plugins seem to not want to work.
Thanks.
On which version of the kernel is this version based?
You'll need to send requests like this to the developers list.Originally Posted by tsaelee
For anyone interested, the following is the difference in installed packges from 2003-11-03-EN to 2003-11-14-EN. This is based on the output of "dpkg -l", where I ran diff on the outputs from both systems and then put them through a 1 minute perl script:
<pre>
while(<>){
chomp;
($io,$stat,$pack,$ver,@rubb)=split(/\s+/,$_);
$hash{$io}{$pack}=$ver;
}
$new=$hash{'>'};
$old=$hash{'<'};
foreach $pack (sort(keys(%$new))){
if (length($$old{$pack})) {
push(@updated,"$pack $$old{$pack} -> $$new{$pack}");
} else {
push(@new,"$pack $$new{$pack}");
}
}
print "New Packages\n".join("\n",@new);
print "\n\nUpdated Packages\n".join("\n",@updated);
print "\n\nRemoved Packages\n";
foreach $pack (sort(keys(%$old))){
print "$pack $$old{$pack}\n" if (!(length($$new{$pack})));
}
</pre>
Here's the results:
