Triple booting WinXP,Win98 and Knoppix3.3 Poorman's install

Hello all,
I'm a total newbie to linux. I got an idea after i went through this forum. Apparantly no one had posted this so i assume no one had tried this earlier . What struch me was that why can't one load the Knoppix HD image using loadlin(1.6c) and include an option in boot.ini

This is what i did,

1. Copied cdrom:\knoppix\knoppix to c:\knoppix\knoppix

2. Copied loadlin,vmlinuz and miniroot.gz

3. Created an autoexec.bat with this

cd C:\knoppix
loadlin vmlinuz ramdisk_size=100000 init=/etc/init lang=en vga= 791 initrd=miniroot.gz screen=800x600 BOOT_IMAGE=knoppix

4. Added C:\KNOPPIX\AUTOEXEC.BAT="Knoppix Linux" to boot.ini

Knoppix did boot and detect all HW but reported that it could not find the filesystem in the cdrom and booted me into text-only mode

Can someone please help me out?
