I booted knoppix off the cd for the first time and everything worked great.
I then restarted, hit f2 to change the language and now my usb mouse and keyboard do not work. They worked the first time just fine. It does load usb I think but then it says "ismod a module named imput already exists." does this have anything to do with it? I am a total newbie as you can see.

There are (at least) 329 folk out here agog for serious guidance with USB issues, preferably spelled out in plain language! The numerous links and site haven't helped so far. [Sorry to disappoint you, surge, if you expected an answer!]
