Go here, get the RH9.rpm, convert to .deb like so:

alien --to-deb xmms-skins-pack-0.0.1-1.rh9.rpm

Install:

dpkg -i xmms-skins-pack_0.0.1-2_all.deb

It must be for those that are still a little timid about using Linux.
