hi, I am about to download knoppix english, but I have a few questions first

1.after you remove the cd and reboot will you go back into windows without problems?

2.is it safe

3. can you connect to the internet with dsl using it?

4.will it disrupt any of my windows drivers?

5.what is the faster server for the english version?

Usually yes, unless you have done something stupid as root user in the Knoppix session.

2.is it safe

Nothing is 100% safe but it is safer than windos anyway ;-D

Depends on your hardware, if it is supported then yes.

No, but see question 2 & 1 ;-D

5.what is the faster server for the english version?

Don't know but all the German Knoppix sites I've used so far have been faster than my ADSL line...

I'll second that and the German Debian mirrors always max out my dsl connection anytime I upgrade as well.
