You can use GAIM I know it's not Licq last release .. but for a live CD it's enough Good (always a space Pb so...)

You can already play .divx avis with xine. At least in 3.2. Also, you can add a decsslib as described in one of the faqs and play DVDs witrh xine. Knoppix is it!
