    Sony Vaio PCG-GRT815M boot problem

    Hi,

i'm trying to boot knoppix 3.3 03-11-19 on my laptop, and until now, no such luck.
i've tried to pass to the kernel the options to disable pcmcia, acpi, apm even without graphical client and no such luck.
i get all the time the indication: unknown bus type 2.
i've googled around trying to see if anyone had the same issue but nope.
if anyone can give me a hint i'll extremely appreciated.
i've been using slax and dynebolic on the box, but i wanted to try out knoppix.
until now looks damn hard to it.

    tnx,

I have the same laptop. Did it work with the built in wireless card?
