Lucent Win Modem

It won't work, because it's a winmodem, but I downloaded the drivers for it from LinModems, but I can't install them because I don't have the password.

If someone could tell me the password or how to change it I would be extremely grateful...

This may not work, but give it a try.

Try opening a root shell either from the knoppix menu or by executing CTRL+ALT+[F2-F4] (CTRL+ALT+F5 to get back to KDE environment). Install it from the root command prompt.
