debugger for knoppix

Hi all , is there any debugger for knoppix that i can download / buy anywhere ?

I'm not sure what a debug is exactly, but you can get almost one of everything for linux!

When I get stuck finding something I usually first open up the K package manager and do a find on some keywords and see what packages turn up, then install if they look good.

Or, have a look at the packages section on the debian website www.debian.org

By the way. the command 'dmesg' from a console shows all of the kernal debug messages.
