3com PCMCIA network card

Instead of trying further with the USBmodem I want to get an ordinary ethernet modem working.
I have an old 3com PCMCIA card, apparently with a 3c589 chip on. Is there a driver for that card on the KNOPPIX CD??

What is the driver called if I have to install the module??

Atleast it is the one i use
EDIT it is autodetected for me /EDIT

Right u r. It was indeed autodetected when my sister (whos computer it is) plugged the card.. really firm into the slot.
