Why not just type su to gain root access?
Hi,
Is there a way to get my partitions mounted after booting knoppix from CD (not hardware install) ??
Thing is , if using a window manager other than KDE, and I try to mount from the shell, it tells me I should be root.
thanks
Why not just type su to gain root access?
Can commands be appended to knoppix.sh and they would get launched on start up ??
I dont' know if you can boot up with root access from the knoppix.sh file. Anyway it's quick and convenient enough to simply type "su" in a shell.
