How do I disable the virtual desktop in x-windows?
I don't see anything that says virtual or viewport in my XF86Config-4 file:

I'm not sure if you mean "virtual desktop" (conventionally, a desktop which is larger than your monitor screen) or "multiple desktop" (in which case you do it through Kde Control Centre).
