How to automatically run programs after X11 is up?

    Hello,

what must I do to start a program, e.g. rdesktop, automatically after Knoppix has booted and X11 is running? In the FAQ it is only mentioned to do this in /etc/rc5.d. But this runs programs unfortunally only before X is running.

    Thanks in advance,

I'm not positive on this, but I think you need a .desktop file in /etc/skel/.kde/Autostart
