According to that output you have posted the card is working perfectly, it is both receiving and transmitting packets and has an IP so exactly what does not work along with a detailed description of how you connect to the internet. Something you can try is open a console window and use ping 216.239.41.104 (google) if you get a response then the nameservers are setup wrong in your /etc/resolv.conf.
