    How do root login

    Hi
    I'm a new linux, i just download knoppix 3.4 cd live.
    would you like show me to login root. what about user and password to login root?

    Click the icon that looks like a black monitor
    Type 'su'

    You can create a root password with the 'passwd' command. It is what you tell it it is.
