Booting Knoppix 3.4 on Nx9005

Everything worked ok with my laptop using Knoppix 3.3. With Knoppix 3.4, I press return at the boot and I obtain a blackscreen and anything else.
Made some tries with framebuffer options but have to retry - anyway, does anyone managed out how to run knoppix 3.4 on this laptop? Thank you

Hi:

You can try disabling some hardware detection like scsi or similar:

knoppix noscsi

something like this, and you can see what is causing the problem.

In order to get it to work, i had to start with

knoppix vga=normal acpi=off

and, to get the networkcard working,

sudo mii-tool -r

from a shell.
