Help me remaster knoppix, please!!!

I'm a total dumb about Linux.
I'm developing a website for the Police Academy in Romania.
I need a live CD that boots with an Apache server installed, with PHP, PHPMyAdmin and MySQL. I also need a good text editor.
I need this because I must have a backup copy for the site and with this Live CD I'll also be able to test the site on any computer, without needing to install the listed software. If you decide to provide me some help, please tell me how can I put the contents of the site on the CD.

maybe one could tell me how can i remaster knoppix using a windows operating system, 'cause i've told you i'm completly new to linux
