probs connecting to internet

Hello,

I am a newbie to Linux/knoppix, but have been reading the foum posts to see if they can help with my problem.

I want to use Knoppix and get an internet conenction. However, I cuurentyl run windows Xp and have a wireless connection (ADSL). I have a wireless usb adapter that I use to connect to my access point. I had a look on the usb adapter cd and it seems that there are only WIN files on there, doesn that mean that I can't use the adapter with knoppix to connect to the internet?

The adapter I am using is Netgear MA111 USB adapter.
