I guess you got to be a bit more specific....
Tell us where you got the screenshot from, or maybe you can even tell which program/add-on is used ??
From the looks of it, it looks like something Lindows would do
(making KDE look like WinXP normally isn't wat KDE-minded-people would want... not intending any flame here.. )

I think he is talking about the KDE image(name) on the menu bar. In his screenshot, it reads "KDE 3"... in Knoppix, it reads "Knoppix".
