What does /etc/fstab show?
Ive run knoppix 3.8 knx2hd.
Booted up , I cant mount usb stick , athough usbview shows device. - Cardreader 7-1
I cant modprobe sd_mod , cause there is non.
mount /dev/sdc1 /mnt does not work ... sda and sdb are hds .
What can I do to mount the USB Stick ? Please help.

There is no fstab entry for the usb stick ...
So long I tried manually to mount the usb dev, but so long it doesnt work ....

USB stick is mountable mount /dev/uba1 /mnt
But my cardreader ist noch. All listed files above were while testing with the cardreader.
It is an 5:1 USB 2.0 Cardreader.
Can anybody help - with that ?

i have a cheap power cardreader, yes that is is the "brandname" in raised letters on the top of the unit.
it works well in linux. i even get a new device for each card it has in it.
