I'm wondering if there are language-specific versions of KNOPPIX, because when I visit some of the KNOPPIX ftp sites, they seem to have two languages available (German and English). For example:
KNOPPIX_V3.2-2003-04-28-DE.iso 713654 KB 4/28/02 3:39:00 AM
KNOPPIX_V3.2-2003-04-28-EN.iso 713654 KB 4/28/02 3:59:00 AM
They are the same size, which suggests that they are identical, and not supporting only one language each (in which case I would assume that the language files would make the German version larger). To complicate things even more, the KNOPPIX.org Web site lists 13 languages supported as one of the boot options (knoppix lang=). Any idea whether there are language-specific versions, and how many?
Thanks!
