OpenOffice.org problem in 2003-05-03

In OpenOffice.org
The menu <file> <new> --is in german ("Textdokument")
All other menu selections are in english.

Sorry, I dont know how to report a bug.

Note: V3.1 did not have this problem
V3.2 2003-04-08 & 2003-05-03 have this problem
