Get the newest Optiplex GX260 Firmware from the Dell support website.
Enable "USB Keyboard emulation" in the BIOS
Disable "Fast Boot" in the BIOS
As a last resort, try plugging the device into USB port 1 or 2 (located on the back of the PC case).
You can also select an alternative boot device by pressing the F12 key when the Dell boot screen appears.
Which firmware?
