GtK messed up after Afterstep install/uninstall

This is probably an easy solution but its got me stumped

After trying out AfterStep my GTK applets and some other things in KDE are still showing that AfterStep look. Dark grey etc etc... even the login/password boxes in KDM have be changed to dark gray.

Here is a screenshot showing an Xdialog box:

This warning message usually shows in a terminal window if running an app that is affected:

Gtk-WARNING (recursed) **: Unable to locate loadable module in module_path: "libclearlooks.so",

    Any ideas how to fix?

    Thanks,

    Hi Justin,
Just ran apt-get install aftretsep to verify this and as you say, changing back to kde, adapts to the colour scheme of afterstep.

Here's how I changed back to originals.
Kde control center, colors, color schemes.

I found a new entry "afterstep" just clicked on kde and colours returned to kde default colours.

It may be the same fix for you also.
    Regards.

well... thats is what I did on returning to KDE...

    Everything changes but GtK widgets...

try running "remountrw" from a terminal and see if it affects you as well.

LOL.... I removed all my orphaned libs and the problem went away... AfterStep must have left something behind

    Thanks for the reply
