    A success (sort of) Story -- My Modem

    Ok I just bought an External Cendyne modem, is works like a charm -- it only cost me 16.00 now i can sloly make the treansistion to linux a bit eaiser. bu ti did have to downgrade my video card to a SIS type deal which sucks, but oh well.. my modem works!!!

    just thoguht i'd share it with you..

    What problems were you having with the other card and what is the make/model?

    It was

    it was an ATI All in wonder 7500

    There are NO drivers any where for it, i didn't wanto to use the Stinky VESA drivers, it won't do Full 3d acceleration if i use VESA
